Cancellation Policy

At Sanctuary Skin we respect the time of our trained service providers.  As such, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. When booking a treatment, a credit or debit card must be placed on file.  All clients will receive appointment reminders at both 50 hours and 24 hours prior to the time of their appointment. If a client cancels their appointment 48 hours before their appointment, they will not be charged a fee. However, if a client cancels after that time, a cancellation fee totaling 50% of the scheduled service fee will be applied to the card on file.

Safety Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided at Sanctuary Skin, children are not permitted on the premises.
